Kia ora Koutou!

My name is Ally Smit and I feel humbled to be joining the teaching team and community at Te Ao Mārama.

I have grown up in Hamilton and come from a family of six. I was fortunate enough to travel overseas and teach in a summer camp in New York City, prior to beginning my teaching career.

I have a passion for the outdoors and anything adventurous. During the weekends, I love spending time with my friends and family.

I am super excited to continue my journey at Te Ao Mārama. I look forward to meeting and connecting with you all.
